1 (18 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped onion
3 (8 ounce) cans cream-style corn
2 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped celery
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch square pan.
Place the cream cheese, onion, and cream-style corn in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. pour in milk. Beat until just blended. Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove pan from oven and let cool completely. Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat, and stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour into center of cream cheese layer. Chill in refrigerator, and serve chilled.
Return pan to warm oven and microwave, stirring, until heated through, about 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
Similar to another review I did find a bunch of these bags of all sweet flavors... not much spice to them. The photo shows two unripe bananas, two tablespoons of honey and two grinds. Both they and jam. Gave it eight ratings where none were given. Delicious recipe but should be eaten with care.
