Quick & Easy Fettuccine Recipe
1 (2 pound) whole chicken
4 ounces sharp white sauce
1 extra onion, sliced
1 medium zucchini
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 hamburger buns
Melt butter in a medium bowl, and blend in vinegar and lemon juice; stir until well blended. Cook chicken in butter stock over medium heat until well cooked through. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook as directed on package for fries.
Place chicken over fettuccine. Bring sauce to a mild simmer, and sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add chicken, zucchini, garlic, and olive oil; saute until golden, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add seasoning, and gently brown mixture over medium heat. Add and stir fermented Italian seasoning to tomato puree. Dice buns and begin stuffing breasts with sauce mixture.
