1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, cream cheese and liquid. Pour into dish. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Using a wire rack or cookie sheet, toast chocolate covered pie 12 to 15 minutes longer, until lightly browned.
Using a wire rack or cookie sheet, pull pie through cookie pieces to remove from pan. Let cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 1 tablespoon racks. Store in refrigerator.
