1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 (14 ounce) can peeled and canned bananas, drained
2 (6 ounce) cans vanilla ice cream
2 glasses vanilla-flavored soda
In a large saucepan, combine sugar, milk, evaporated milk, bananas and ice cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Slowly pour into vanilla pie glasses and chill until set. Serve warm.
While mixture is chilling, mix in soda and vanilla. Serve at room temperature.
