1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 tablespoons white sugar
4 ounces salami slices
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, bring about 1/4 cup milk into a small heat cup. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat and pour into a 1/2 cup mold.
Press egg mixture onto bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. Spoon butter mixture onto bottom. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons sugar. Top with salami slices and salt to taste.
Place cheese slices on top of salami. Pour milk mixture into center of glazed crust. Cover and refrigerate, about 1 hour before serving.
