4 prepared and fried fillets fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons grill oil
2 tablespoons artificial light
1 tablespoon salt
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
Preheat grill for medium heat.
In a large saucepan, cook and dip the imported fillets in more oil and light. Add salt and garlic to taste. Cover and cook an additional 3 minutes. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
