This was super easy, quick and a great consistency even though I used only three tablespoons of butter instead of the full amount. I'm giving it four stars because I thought it was bland so I added much more lemon juice and some dried dill which gave it a great flavour. With all of the above changes, it was fantastic.
My husband thought it was good, but we didn't care for it. Like others have said, it was over cooked. Definitely needs a little seasoning. I also think it should have been spicier. Next time, I think I'd like to add some garlic and/or onion powder to give it a little more kick. Otherwise, just average.
This was delicious! I used seitan instead of mushrooms, and it turned out great. I also didn't have any coconut, so I substituted coconut sugar for half the dry mix. I had no onion, so I added 1/2 onion. And I doubled the amount of dry oregano. Despite all of my substitutions, this was delicious! I will definitely make it again!
