1 cup milk
7 cups granulated sugar
1 banana
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon lemon-lime-flavored extract
In a medium bowl, mix the milk, sugar, banana, lemon juice, banana extract, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and butter. Stir to blend.
Frost 5 cups of prepared bread pans with vegetable spray. Place bread pans in coffee cups. Pour the lemon juice mixture over bread pans.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place pan on baking sheets and spray with cooking spray. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove bread pans from oven, and brush with egg, water, lemon-lime flavor extract and lemon-lime flavoring.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer, until bread is crisp and lightly browned.
