2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 medium onion, chopped

1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
1 (1 ounce) square unsalted butter
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Cook briskly until beef is fully browned. Add chicken, onion and garlic; cook 10 minutes. Stir in thyme, turmeric, oregano, basil, oregano, basil, oregano and crushed cornflakes. Reduce heat to low and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and cook for 1 minute.
