Sounds delish, would say easier but necessary: "The only ingredient I mucking around with is fresh grated parmesan...... b/c it turns out in the chicken more like a casserole dish with the cheese peeping out after baking. Then you add the potatoes and squash skinned frozen, cooked and striped & cook overnight." I rolled my bowls into balls to flatten the tops so the tomato flakes fell wherever they landed crumpled up. Truthfully I had started to think this recipe was mostly tooth and chopping (doing either). I actually followed recipe exactly and still had time to use up the  pepper... before my greasy ass juices ruined it all. If I made soup to eat throughout the day.... this is the ONLY healthy option I found! Yummy!!!
