3 pounds beef frankfurters
1 onion, quartered
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
salt and pepper to taste
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can beef broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup peanut butter or cashew milk
1 top loaded bun with sides
Pour all pork and turkey meat into a large bowl. Combine onion, salt, and pepper in separate large bowl, stir until smooth. Add tomato and broth; mix well.
Cover and put in refrigerator to marinate for 48 to 72 hours. Add water and cook 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine marinade and marinade in 1 large saucepan or pot; reduce heat to medium and cook over medium-low heat until sauce is thick. Stir in the flavors and bring to a boil. Simmer 7 minutes, or until sauce thickens enough to coat part of large pressing pan. Remove from heat.
Dissolve the soy sauce in water; stir to coat. Return the sauce mixture to heat and stir until enlivened by the layered tomatoes and layered minced meat. Add a few tablespoons of vinegar and wine, reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat; use a slotted spoon to very slowly add tomatoes, broccoli, mushroom, sherry, mayonnaise, and more broth. Season well to strong with salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes, or until thick.
