1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 large carrot, grated
3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 eggs
Combine remaining ingredients in large saucepan; keep warm.
Bring a large saucepan of water and 3 tablespoons oil to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Butter as desired.
