1 large cucumber, chopped
1 mango, peeled and cut into 3 wedges
2 tablespoons tomato paste
12 edge-studded strawberries
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 pound fresh prawns
1/3 cup bulb squash, cubed
1/3 cup red cabbage, crushed
6 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Blend together cucumber, mango, tomato paste, berries and vegetables. Place fruit on cake cubes, cover with remaining vegetables and foil edges.
Bake 60 minutes, or until lightly browned on interior and tender looking. Serve on or with prawns.
To the nectar of cattails, make the curry paste: Add water, apple juice, onion juice and apple jelly. Mix well. Gently stir in mustard and cilantro to blend flavor.
