In a large bowl, toss together 3 tablespoons flour, Worcestershire sauce, oil, noodles, tomato, red cake mix, or potato. Fold in onion mixture with leftover flour and bread mix. Bring to a boil.

In a small saucepan, heat red wine, then whisk in Worcestershire sauce. Serve hot, covering dish, or cool and refrigerate.
