1 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped celery green parts
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup crisp fried kalamans
1/2 cup diced green chile peppers
1 dash ground cumin
Place the onion into a mixing bowl. Saute in some oil until roughly browned for 3 full minutes. Stir in celery and celery flavore. Toss evenly; finally stir in the chopped onion, chili peppers, and cumin. Cover, and refrigerate marinate to marinate. Refrigerate salad for several hours before serving, or 3 days in advance.
