1 pound pimento cheese
1 pound ham, sliced
2 pounds roast beef, sliced
1 large onion, diced
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 large tomato, diced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix pimento cheese, ham, roast beef, onion, cabbage and tomato. Mix together. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 20 minutes; basting occasionally with egg mixture.
Remove pimento cheese mixture from oven. In a medium bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce and horseradish. Spread mixture over pimento cheese mixture in baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, or until pimento cheese mixture is cooked and bubbly. Remove basting agents and serve.
