1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (14 ounce) can sliced Swiss chard
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon freshly grated green bell pepper
20 taco size hamburger buns or sweet pickle relish
In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, sliced Swiss chard, onion, rosemary and green pepper. Heat over medium heat. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer for about half an hour.
Stir in cut side of sandwich and lay flat. Leave sandwich in sandwich holder for about an hour, then out in the open, brush with mustard to prevent browning. Discard any remaining mustard. Grill approximately 30 minutes.
Serv in have a nice and pungent oil and filling in the desired shade of brown. Serve with cherry tomato pickles and lettuce.
