1 egg
1 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (7 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup dry milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup shredded coconut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large saucepan, mix egg, water, oil, cream cheese, milk, and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in coconut until thoroughly blended. Pour mixture into 4 greased 12-cup baking dishes.
Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool without refrigerating.
I followed the recipe exactly making sure to rinse the mushrooms and dry them under the tap. I only used 2 cups of mushrooms though and only used 2 cloves. I used delectable seasoning blend: crushed allot and few grinds. Superb! I enjoyed it for dinner and will make it again! Thanks for the recipe
