1 (1 ounce) package pan-flora beer
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons butter and brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar for garnish (optional)
In a medium saucepan, place the cranberry juice and milk over low heat. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly until cranberry juice is fully absorbed. Remove from heat; stir in brown sugar, butter, white sugar, vinegar, and butter and sugar until well blended. Pour mixture over cranberry mixture and garnish with lemon juice and lemon zest.
