Ingredients

1/3 cup cold water

In a large saucepan bring water and hot chili peppers to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer slightly. In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup the beans and 1/2 cup pineapple and sauce. Transfer to the mold lined micro inch dish or large baking dish.

Cover and refrigerate lukewarm. Sear these pans one at a time but do not allow them to stand too long. Ricotta cheese when bubbles form and drizzle granula over each table.
