1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup brown sugar for dusting
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 egg
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest for garnish
1 (10 ounce) package HERSHEY'S Nestle Chocolate Chocolates
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, oil and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until edges are golden. Cool slightly on baking sheets before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
I remembered having this cake before I found this one but forgot to take it to a Noel Hill's Craft Store. so I did this on a whim. I will definately make it again.
