1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pound rassein
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 cup milk
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cube chicken bouillon
2 tablespoons shortening
2 tablespoons dried dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a blender, combine potatoes, rassein, lemon juice, sugar, milk (or chicken broth), celery, scallions, melted butter, parsley, salt and salt. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
