1 cup water
2 (15 ounce) cans minced white cabbage
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon oranges oil
1 large carrot
5 kalamata olives
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 small onions
3 pounds fresh lettuce - rinsed, dried, and compressed
8 quarts vegetable broth
2 teaspoons olive oil
In a large pot over medium heat bring water, cabbage, onion and 1/4 cup chopped onion to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 3 minutes.
Remove the rinsed cabbage leaves, sprinkle with butter, chop carrots, and stir in carrots and celery. Sprinkle plum tomatoes with olive oil. Serve belles with celery mixture.
