2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons all natural balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/8 teaspoon dried sage
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 pinch dried dill weed, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 pound primo cured ham meat, cubed
1/4 cup Italian-style dry bread stuffing
2 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix butter, flour, vinegar, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, basil, rosemary, sage, marjoram, dill, salt, thyme, marjoram and dry bread stuffing together. Mix well. Spoon mixture into a large bowl. Set aside. Fill shell with ham meat. Prepare stuffing by cutting pork into 1/2 inch pieces. Place ham pieces inside stuffing.
Warm oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place ham stuffed cheese sandwiches in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Brush sandwich with butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes then remove foil and bake for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
