10 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 cup black sesame seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup almonds
1 cup blueberries, unmashed
Place eggs in a large saucepan. Gradually stir in the sugar, berries and almond sesame seed. Set aside.
In a saucepan combine eggs and sugar, bringing to a mild simmer. Bring mixture to a gentle simmer. Allow berries to cool slightly, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes. Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl, and beat gently. Slowly mix in the chillies, blueberries. Mix in enough of mixture to coat; pour into about 2 teaspoon-sized ornate glass dulces. Refrigerate for at least ten minutes, but preferably overnight. Chill still clear�
