1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound salmon steaks
1 onion, chopped
1 (12 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, undrained
1 large can chiles from jar
1 (11 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced – optional
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Melt the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Toss the fish steaks with onion, tomatoes and chiles. Transfer to a large bowl and season with garbanzo beans, buffalo sauce, and garlic. Salt as desired. Serve immediately.
