1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg
Heat vegetable oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat; add lemon juice, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, salt, pepper and sugar; stir well, bringing to a boil.
Return mixture to a slow-cooker, quickly stir in egg, and spread mixture evenly over chicken.
Cover, and cook on low for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove chicken from pan, and place on paper towels to cool.
