3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon celery seeds
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup chopped onion
5 (4 ounce) mushrooms
1 1/2 cups cherry wine
1 cup Dutch-style brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
Whisk together olive oil, celery seeds, basil, rosemary, oregano, onion, mushrooms, cherry wine, and brown sugar; mix thoroughly. Place mushroom rings and cherry wine over mushrooms. Pour toward the center of a 8x8 inch glass dish. Top with cheese sauce.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
