2 cups uncooked rice
1 (16 ounce) can shrimp, drained
1 (8 ounce) can distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger root
3 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/8 teaspoon dried dried oregano
1 (3 ounce) package dry Italian-style seasoning mix
In a large bowl, mix rice, shrimp, vinegar, ginger, water, salt, horseradish, onion, Italian-style seasoning and dry Italian-style seasoning. Mix thoroughly and transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with dried oregano and seasoning mix.
