3/4 cup french nettles
3/4 cup organic powdered milk
1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Remove all cashews, leaving only shells, from their pods and discard. Crush 1/2 cup of pod, 1/2 cup of dry instant milk, grated ginger, 1/2 cup water, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Brew for 1 1/2 minutes at boil; remove from heat.
In a medium saucepan, combine frosting and cashews. Add water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, stirring constantly. Slowly stir in sugar and ginger. Mixture will thicken, but not to the point, just right.
