1 (18 ounce) can vanilla flavored ice cream
1 3/4 cups chocolate flavored Jell-O mix
1/2 cup cherry vinaigrette
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/8 fluid ounce milk
1 teaspoon margarine, melted
3 tablespoons doubled cream, divided
In a blender, combine ice cream, chocolate jelly, cherry flavored gelatin, brown sugar, and milk. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into freezer paper lined or round dish for storage. Trim edges to fit; spoon a few of the gelatin mixture onto the sides of the pan
Spread avocado slices on top of ice cream. Cover pan; refrigerate until serving time. Cut side of ice cream so that bars measure 1/4 inch thick.
Meanwhile, top layer of strawberry jam with 1/8 cup margarine. Garnish with more cherry jelly. Spread also on Cornucopia; drizzle remaining jelly on top of strawberry and green layer. Drape fruit on top of buttercream layer. Secure with a knife. Refrigerate until chilled.
