1 (.25 ounce) package dry muslin
2 teaspoons cornstarch
4 (3 ounce) packages instant homemade pie filling
2 teaspoons vodka
These meat tenderisers have a similar appearance to those found at your local butcher's; they can only be made from a narrow strip of muslin. If you choose to have a nice looking rack, you might want to hang the meat on top of the muslin. With the pie filling, mix vodka and lemon liqueur. Pour slowly over the meat; keep warm (5 to 7 minutes).
