2 breasts beef sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
In a medium saucepan bring oil to a boil. Stir in onions, garlic powder, salt, basil, marjoram, oregano, basil, rosemary, rosemary, sage and basil. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring, for 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir in omelet mixture and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until mixture reaches desired consistency.
