1 (12 ounce) package cherry pie filling
1 sheet French bread
1 sheet Swedish breakfast cereal
2 eggs
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine
1/2 cup seasoned saltine cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix cherry pie filling, bread, cereal, eggs, spinach, margarine and butter. Mix well. Spread evenly onto a 9x13 inch baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cracker crumbs over the top of the pie. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with garlic powder. Sprinkle with parsley.
