6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 (8 ounce) cans minced onion
1 (2 ounce) package chicken bouillon seasoning
1 pint soy sauce
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 packet gourmet brown rice concentrate
1 1/2 teaspoons butter flavored brown sugar
3 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag; pat dry. Place bag in freezer for 1 hour. Remove chicken breasts (reserve marinade) and set aside marinade.
Place chicken broth in a medium saucepan. Add liquid to chicken breasts and mix together. Place marinating marinade bag in freezer bag. Seal bag and mix together soy sauce, brown rice concentrate, butter flavored brown sugar, chicken bouillon and pepper. Serve cooked chicken breasts immediately.
