1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
2 teaspoons dried parsley
4 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic powder, basil, rosemary, sage, parsley and tomatoes; mix well. Stir gently; cook, stirring, until thickened and heat through.
