1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (5 ounce) can anchovy fillets
1 teaspoon saffron wine
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 medium onion, sliced
6 green onions, sliced
When preparing marinade for fish, heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in onion and garlic. Saute about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add anchovy, saffron, oregano, tomato paste, onion, garlic and anchovy. Stir them into the mixture. Serve fish and vegetables several plates at a time.
