1 cup burgundy
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 cup liqueur
1 fluid ounce vodka
In a cocktail mixer full of ice, pour burgundy, vanilla, sugar and vodka. Shake vigorously until frothy. Serve at room temperature.
