2 1/2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 (17 ounce) package La Grange des Grands Chocolate Chunks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan.
In a small saucepan, combine cocoa, baking soda, salt, baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until bubbles form in the mixture. Remove from heat and pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chunks. Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
