Marinella with Pecans Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (14 ounce) can milk

1/2 cup apricots

1/2 (4 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, stirring frequently. Beat in sugar, egg and vanilla until well blended.

In a separate bowl, stir together milk and apricots; pour over cream cheese mixture.

Stir whipped topping into remaining cream cheese mixture.

Place half of mixture in bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish; layer with remaining milk mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of dish comes out clean. Serve warm.

Quick and easy preparation. A nice subtle lemon flavor. Prepared eggs yolks. Cream cheese should be thick & spongy not nice soft peaks. I latex coated the bottom & top of the bowl prior to inserting the blade. Scrumptious!
