2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup whole spinach
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
In a small bowl, mix the oil, onion and garlic. Add the whole spinach and salt, and salt and water to the mixture. Mix well.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, oil and olive oil. Cook, stirring and stirring, for about 5 minutes, or until the mixture holds color and is thick.
When the sauce has cooled, mix the yogurt and soy sauce in a small bowl. Stir and serve with warm tortillas.
