2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough
2/3 cup Coca-Cola
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup white sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread 9 apples to cover bottom of pie crust. Tilt dough and spread 2 cans of dough in pie pan, then spoon remaining dough into pan. Press filling evenly over apple layer. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
In small saucepan, combine creamed coconut, 2/3 cup sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth; continue heating, stirring occasionally, until topping is cool (4 to 6 minutes).
