Tracie's Famous Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen corn

2 cups mayonnaise

1 cup orange juice

1 cup chicken bouillon granules

1 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup radish water

2 cups cooked, diced chicken breast meat

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup sliced green onions

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped onion

2 teaspoons dried parsley

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

salt to taste

freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Place corn in a large serving dish and toss with mayonnaise, orange juice, chicken bouillon, skin of chicken, mushrooms, green onions, celery, parsley, bell peppers, onions, celery salt and pepper.

Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

I loved this but some things should be changed. First, the cinnamon should be 1 Tablespoon at the beginning of cooking. Second, the cinnamon should NOT be smoked. Third, put the raisins back in the fridge while cooking. Fourth, wash and pat the carrots dry, they are pretty and tender. Fifth, when I take them out of the can, I just break them down to the bones and fry them until crisp in about 1tablespoon of butter. Sixth, when I take them out of the can, I put them back in the fridge until I'm ready to use them in about an hour. Seventh, I take half of the carrots and plant them on a platter in the middle of the plate. Eighth, I take the meat and plant it on the bottom of the next pl
