1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 cup chopped celery
1 (16 ounce) can fruit salad dressing
1 (6 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
1/2 red onion, diced
1 (10 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup diced celery
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (6 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 (8 ounce) can diced pineapple with juice
brown sugar
2 cups chopped celery
In a medium bowl, cover onion slices with celery. In a large bowl, mix fruit salad dressing, chile peppers, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, celery and parsley. Mix all ingredients together, then pour mixture into a blender or food processor.
Stir in fruit and vegetable mixture and blend to desired consistency. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with pineapple juice and pineapple slices and serve immediately.
