Blondies II Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

4 eggs

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 teaspoons milk

3/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon light corn syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon water

1/2 cup white sugar

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Place butter, vanilla extract and eggs in large bowl. Beat egg whites into butter mixture. Beat cream into raisin mixture. Beat milk into raisin mixture. Add raisins to egg mixture. Fold in brown sugar, corn syrup and vanilla extract. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Cut into 6 squares.
