2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon dried chives (optional)
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 1 hour.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix salt, oregano, basil, sage, rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil, marjoram, chives, rosemary and chopped potatoes. Pour over pot and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
