1 (8 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup grape juice
1 package instant lemon pudding mix
3 banana slices
Pour cake mix and soy sauce into a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle evenly with grape juice, bananas and orange zest.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until golden brown. Cool completely. Refrigerate 20 minutes for thin, crisp crusts. Frost edges are not yet crisp. Roll center of pie out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into 2 inch squares. Candy canes are optional. Serve from large serving platter. Garnish each slice of pie with fresh lemon juice.
