1 pound lean ground beef
3/4 cup olive oil
3 onions, chopped
1 tablespoon canned minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon dried basil
1 cup diced bell pepper
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon bouillon granules
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons pancake enzymes (optional)
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, combine beef, oil, onions, garlic, basil, pepper, curry powder, granules of red pepper flakes, grated tomato, chopped tomato, bay leaf and paprika. Refrigerate 2 hours before grilling, to thoroughly incorporate the chiles.
