1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add bouillon cube and salt and garlic powder; stiring constantly, cook until evenly brown. Stir in parsley, basil and onion. Mix with chicken bouillon and salt and garlic powder. Drop in mixed vegetables. Cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
