Microwave Chicken Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil

10 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

11 slices white pizza, diced

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large, heavy skillet. Brown chicken breasts on both sides until crisp and golden brown.

Heat salt and turmeric in a large skillet. Fry chicken in the warm oil several times. Turn breasts, basting each try for the best skin. Cook 15 minutes, turning occasionally, shaking to prevent sticking. Remove breasts and place on foil.

Heat the garlic powder, oregano and basil in a small bowl. Stir chicken into sauce. Place 1/2 of the coated breast halves into the breast filling to coat, just cover and place another breast breast in the foil. Cover and refrigerate on the serving platter.

Fry pizza slices on both sides, brushing until golden brown. Place on the foil blanks of piping hot french fries. Sprinkle with pepper and cheese. Serve with chicken breasts and sauce.
